I had a piece of this carrot cake yesterday. It was served on a delicate china plate and I ate it with a silver fork. The pattern was beautiful, like none I'd ever seen before. I felt like a Queen.

I know it's gluttonous of me, but when I woke up this morning, all I could think of was this cake. I do anything for another slice right now to go with my morning cup of coffee. As long as I could do it sitting & while holding a coffee mug because I'm tired.

The cream cheese icing was DEVINE. Not sweet. Very creamy. Delightful.

The cake itself; moist, flavorful, not too sweet.....decadent!

Websters Dictionary ~ Decadent: providing unrestrained gratification; self-indulgent.

Yup. That's about right.

Oh. God. Save. Me.
